Rugby’s Third Annual Chili Cook-Off seeks tasters to vote on their favorites, and 20 entrants to bring a crock pot with your unique take on this tasty winter dish! As an added bonus, there’s a Silent Auction for some nifty treasures, so bring your checkbook! Weather won’t affect this indoor event, so it will go on unless snow/ice makes roads dangerous.
