Step back in time to the golden age of radio this holiday season! On December 21, Murfreesboro Little Theatre (MLT), Rutherford County’s oldest community theatre, will bring a heartwarming twist on Charles Dickens’ classic tale with A 1940’s Radio Christmas Carol to the Rebecca Johnson Theater in Historic Rugby. This unique production combines live theatre with the charm of a 1940s radio broadcast, complete with captivating performances and live sound effects crafted by a foley artist.
Interactive Foley Workshop: After the 4 p.m. EST show, meet the foley artist, explore the equipment, and discover the secrets behind creating live sound effects. Community Connection: Enjoy a post-show discussion with the cast and crew, fostering cultural engagement and holiday spirit.
