Archaeology Program at Kellogg’s Crack
August 1 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT
Something new for this year: the Tennessee Division of Archaeology will do a hands-on program to catalog any archaeological materials at the small, disturbed area near the rock face at Kellogg’s Crack and then work to reclaim the area to a more natural appearance. “In our experience this has discouraged future disturbance,” said Travis Bow, stewardship ecologist for the state Division of Natural Areas who will host the program. Meet at the Historic Rugby Visitor Centre to carpool to near the site. More details & a $5 per person REGISTRATION LINK are HERE.
