Cemetery Lantern Tour Sept. 19

Once a year this event shares more of Rugby’s true stories about real people of the past than any other. Hear in their own words from letters, diaries & other accounts what brought 10 settlers to Rugby and what their ultimate fate was. Some met tragic ends. Others had long, interesting lives. All are buried in Rugby’s Laurel Dale Cemetery, site of the event. Because it’s sacred ground, we limit participants to 40 — and it usually sells out. A ticket link will be posted here closer to the date of the tour. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN, or sudden thunder/lightning, we move the event to the Visitor Centre’s Rebecca Johnson Theatre.
