Founder’s Day

On Founder’s Day we honor Rugby, TN, founder Thomas Hughes (1822-1897) but also award someone else from recent history instrumental in propelling Historic Rugby and Hughes’ now-renowned village into the present and future. There will be artists and crafters on site, food available, and other features to be announced, including a likely performance at by the Rugby Cornet Band. Also at 4 p.m. Eastern a special surprise presentation in the Rebecca Johnson Theatre. Bring the whole family for a day of wholesome fun and history extending back 145 years! FREE.
