Adult Summer Camp is a joyful invitation to unplug, play, and reconnect with what makes life feel lighter. Set in the serene Victorian village of Rugby and surrounded by the Big South Fork National Park, this immersive experience blends creativity, nature, and community in summer camp style, for grown-ups.
Participants are invited to a balance of restorative and playful activities, which may include yoga, creative writing, motivational journaling, hikes, swimming at the local swimming hole, road bowling, creative crafts, picnics, and more. Each day offers space to relax, laugh, and rediscover the simple pleasures that help us reset both mind and body.
Adult Summer Camp in Rugby is about more than getting away—it’s about returning home refreshed, inspired, and more connected to yourself and others!
