Trail Building Workshop, CANCELLED

For today only (Friday, Dec. 19) this workshop is now cancelled on account of high winds. Saturday’s session is still on.

Join Travis Bow, Stewardship Ecologist for the state Division of Natural Areas, to help work on trails in the Rugby State Natural Area. He’ll supply tools & expertise, but wear boots & weather-appropriate attire, and bring gloves and water. Cooler weather makes for a great time for this activity. All volunteers are welcome. We’ll meet at 9 a.m. Eastern (8 Central) at the Historic Rugby Visitor Centre and carpool from there to the trail. We’ll conclude no later than noon each of the 2 days to allow for possible lunch at R.M. Brooks Store.
